Riverdaze was a wonder house with some great amenities. We loved sitting in the hot tub in the evenings and enjoyed the games. The view of the river was wonderful. Many outdoor activities within 30-60 minutes.
Good WiFi was a plus.

John was a great host - responsive, helpful, and kind. The house was cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay - the hot tub overlooking the river was a family fave!

The place itself was great! Host, not so much..The host was difficult to work with from the beginning. After Air BnB let us book his property, he told us we had too many people due to the 6 person max.. Air BnB does not include children under 2 in the person count which is why we were able to book in the first place. We tried to cancel the reservation but he told us it was impossible due to being within 14 days of the trip. So we stayed, the location and cabin were great. After checkout, within 5 hours, host requested we pay $650 to fix damage to the hot tub when we NEVER EVEN USED the hot tub due to it being 90+ degrees outside. We refused the payment and host opened an investigation with Air BnB that is still ongoing.Host showed very little understanding of Air BnB policies with ages of young children, and then didn't reached out to us first to ask about the hot tub before submitting his request for $650 with no invoice or proof that we caused the alleged damage..

We enjoyed the cabin. Made hotdogs and smores over the fire and enjoyed the hottub in the evenings. Everything was clean and had supplies for cooking but inly salt and pepper were provided. Remember to bring beach towels and sticks for smores! We would stay here again given the opportunity

Great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely go back. It was very close to all the attractions we went to see.

Beautiful location just off the river with a big open window to enjoy even on rainy days. John gave us great recommendations of restaurants and we were even able to listen to live music while having dinner. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will definitely be back.

The house was very enjoyable and open. Allowed for us all to sit around and have a good time together. I will be looking to do the same next year.

John was a great host! The picture just don’t do his place justice! It was nice sitting around the fire at night and sitting at the table during dinner looking over the river. The cabin was clean and the location was perfect, no steep roads or driveway. The hot tub was a bit small but still very relaxing. We will definitely be back!! Thank you John!!!!

We stayed over christmas and had a relaxing time at the cabin. It is a distance from restaurants but we didnt mind the drive

Warm, Comfortable, well lit, Kitchen was fully equipped with all necessities. Beds were very comfortable.

My bride and I spent our anniversary in this beautiful cozy setting. Great house in a great location! Very comfortable and close to many trailheads. Take advantage of the neighborhood amenities. We enjoyed the huge deck and the beauty of its surroundings. John does a great job with clear and concise directions and instructions. Make this house part of your next vacation. We will again!!

Would prescribe RX for stress Perfect weekend getaway. Cabin was fully stocked with everything needed and more. Beautiful view of river. John was excellent in communication from booking , to check-in., to any info needed while staying . Hope to stay again and have better weather to enjoy the hiking trails.

SC State Park Hiking Trip We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very clean and a relaxing environment. We were close to all the state parks. A great place to come home to after a day of hiking. We spent a lot of time on the back deck. The kitchen was fully stock for all the cooking we did and the beds are very comfortable. Great place off the beaten path. Would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful place to swim and relax on the water Beautiful back deck with peaceful swimming hole. Do yourself a favor and buy your firewood from local guy, Sam. He is a wealth of local knowledge and will set you up right.
